Why and when will SUO operate with a level of consistency? And why is this allowed to continue to happen?
I am on a CAP for performance and just 2 months ago my AM who was in her position for 9 years was force demoted.
All the while my AM out performed the perennial princess, DS.
She get demoted and DS gets moved into a can't lose position, Again!
I am out performing the former employee admissions rep but I am the one on the CAP.
What's my point you ask? As I write this the SR DOA is on vacation in Cabo San Lucas with the aforementioned AM, DS and the former employee admissions rep.
Please tell me how this is allowed? How is the SR DOA allowed to vacation in Mexico with her subordinates?
The SR DOA that fire demoted my boss and ordered my CAP is sipping c---tails on a beach while I'm being forced to work OT just to keep my job.
This reeks of favoritism and is a complete crock of sh--.
