Hi, Does anyone have idea about layoffs that are rumored to happen tomorrow. If so, please shed some light.

125 total today just confirmed. All IT.
Layoffs happening right now in Corporate as I type this. No idea of how many.
The core problem is PTO completely backfired related to the store restructuring and those leaders failed to realize there is cause and effect to those decisions. Doing all of those changes right before our busiest time of the year caused disruption with the foundation of the wall. We have a disengaged workforce that caused HR to be busy with the aftermath of the disruption rather than hiring seasonal employees and it showed in our earnings. I would suggest those decision makers work together in one store on a weekend day with the labor allocated to the stores and maybe they can see it just doesn't help customers. They would not do it of course because they are too busy playing golf and counting their money and stock that they continue to receive despite failing miserably at their jobs. All of this forced where we are today. More cuts and more disruption and no real end in sight. Good luck today as we see more of our friends get forced out. It should not be corporate versus stores. We should be one cohesive team.

Same week hundreds of employees lives are changed forever.
I feel for all employees that are still left....its not worth the cost of giving up 20 years of your life to be layed off like trash and walked out by rent a cop security.
