Escape or escapade?
We want details. What's so dysfunctional?
I'm a newbie to the company...never thought I'd work in a more dysfuntional place than my last large corporation employer.....but so far BOFA wins the prize.
So much bs and whatnot...looking for escape hatch already.

I enjoy the cynicism. I was laid off a while back and am now with a different company. Every time I post some words of encouragement, I get accused of being an HR troll even though I am just someone who has been through the stress of a layoff and found much greener grass post BAC.
I enjoy trying to figure out which one of my peers writes the type of junk I read here. I know a lot of them follow this site and at least a couple post regularly.
