You better to talk to a lawyer for a short consulting which is usually free or with small cost as a bullying complain is usually linked to harassment and discrimination which is a legal problem. OP here: I don't care if I get fired. We should all stand together against workplace abuse. If everybody chickened out then the bully will continue with his/her nasty behavior. It seems managers at Q are used to drive easy slaves.
Make a banner and picket outside sorrento valley food court. That's the best we can do about it. No sense in complaining. It will just get u fired.
