JPMorgan Chase having been bringing in a lot of interns recently. I was informed by a senior management to teach and train them well. This is since the goal is to get rid of the seniority with high paying salary and replaced them with the young educated college kids with degree and pay them half the salary.

I worked at JPMorgan Chase and it is not that great of a company to work for.

They hired someone for 3 months then ladies of him and his whole team. My group may be next. We are back stabbing each other to look good in front of manager to keep our jobs. Today I stole my teammates work and boss complemented me on quick turn around and taking ownership
I'm not an intern I'm an experienced hire about to start at JP is it not a good place to work are the layoffs massive or just here and there?
So are they having massive layoffs or not?
Should I start there or not?
Any advice?
