I'm surprised entire states regions haven't been abandoned at this point. I live in the northwest, I believe we are done to 6-7 Kmart stores in the state of Oregon with the closest distribution center in Southern California.
Looks like they might be doing that in Ohio. Two FLSs in Columbus, among other Ohio stores.
I am quite surprised they haven't pulled out of an entire region yet. Having an ever thinning national footprint cannot be cost effective.

That is to say, 10.73% of Kmarts and 4.5% of Sears will close in two quarters. I wonder at what point the remaining stores can no longer be profitable, and the bottom drops out completely?
