Disagree. They'll do layoffs next week to help the sale go through due to poor incoming numbers. Unless your campus is making their numbers (revenue) there could be layoffs.

AI has graduation and portfolio show on Friday June 16. It'll be the following week like last year.
Every Ai is definitely different. I thought that was common knowledge that none are run the same. I mean, credits don't even transfer between campuses. Its all variable.
I tend to agree with pb1. Lay-offs are indeed coming and I suspect they'll happen at the end of July and into August. Our plodding, dim witted dean is planning to retire in August. Coincidence? I don't think so.
I just wonder how they'll do it. At our school, there's no more full time faculty and staff to cut and so I'll bet adjuncts simply won't be invited back as the minuscule class schedule is sliced and diced yet again.
I hope all of EDMC schools close down.
Maybe all AI operate differently. I guess we shall see. One thing is for certain and that's June 16 will come and we will see if it is true.
We have graduation next week and we are an AI.
We don't have a grad ceremonies until September.... and only in September.
There are only two Graduation ceremony at AI so it's still possible for layoffs at AI. There's no ceremony for graduates in June at AI.
They would not do lay offs on the same day or weekend that Ai holds graduation. Then the ceremonies need to be replanned in a matter of hours.
