HA! Look at the IBM effort to get Millennials engaged in mainframe, as after having RA'd so many older experienced employees, they're realizing they've got a qualified talent shortage. And along with the ongoing RA's, they know they're going to need more young, lower-paid talent to replace the all the qualified they keep dumping into the trash.
