Just a warning that there will be another massive layoff on June 30. Maybe bigger than the June 9th RIF... This company does not give a crap about you. If you get let go consider yourself lucky... Get your resume updated and start looking for something else now!

Looks like he was right, tons of layoffs going on in Colorado and Webster NY.
Agreed. Conduent is run by a bunch of greedy, deceitful, spoiled brats. I got the axe today and like someone else said, I'd rather live under a bridge than work for this POS company. They treat their employees like garbage.
Top officials made money and jump from sinking ship. Only affected with this normal employees.
Normal employees also suffered lot without pay increase.
Now they are facing layoff's with new top officials....
No offense but the smart ones already left the Xerox dump a long time ago and didn't bother to go for the "new company". They left the ego maniacs, who think they are smart, run Xerox down the drain or move over to Conduent only to get screwed over.
