Qualcomm doesn't need brain power. It has a good lawyer, some old but necessary parents and a plan to monopolize the vehicle semiconductor industry. Rest and vest!
At QCOM, VPs do next to nothing for a lot of money. Engineers do all the work and get paid nothing.

They are (or should be) accountable for those decisions or they get fired.
