In our Club, the Accounting Lead is disappearing. The current Lead has interviewed for and accepted another Lead position. The cash counting machine has arrived and there is now a need for only three part time cash office associates.

I know I seen that and that just added to my suspicions. There isn't anything else that is really want to do. Our store is filled with favoritism and so many people get away with not doing a damn thing. Then they work the hell out of us that do. I don't go back until Saturday so I'll have to research severance then.
NLvdHjB-8ntz. i'm in your boat. we may know something next week. offices have been told to clean out. eliminate binders clipboards etc. it was on the wire. you can pull up severance on the policy page and do the math.
I've felt a twinge of anxiety for a while. I'm currently Acct lead and there is no need to be lead. Even though we are super busy and I can see our hours being cut because no one understands what we do. The actual job is only a fraction. We help everyone other department in the whole store plus answer 90% of the calls. But as usual get no credit. Anyone know how much the severance packages are? Just wondering what to expect.

The lead position is going away in accounting office. No reason to pay for lead. Just regular positions.
Is this suppose to go to all clubs or is yours a test club at my club we only have a lead and a part timer
