Anyone know if this is true? I heard somewhere they are trialing a 3rd party for indirect account reps.

Indirect are just sales reps. Easily expendable. No value for any account.

This person has no clue what Indirect does. Not saying it's safe, just saying I impact results positively on a daily basis, including days off...
Indirect, both Locals and Nationals add great value to VZW. Locals is well needed as we move to heavy agent based retail distribution model. Nationals will be outsourced at some point unfortunately.
This has been in the works using contingent workers to inspect end caps/merchandising. Just a matter of time .
