The Lowe's I work for has started writing up associates for complaining and/or having a negative attitude.
Well there is a lot to complain and have a negative attitude about.
Chiefly the favortism of management for certain employees. We have a cashier whose daddy is a Lowe's store manager. He got his precious snowflake a job at another store. No matter where she is scheduled she works when she pleases; shows up late, leaves early, always calls off. If another employee did this they wouldn't have a job. But she gets away with it because she is young, blonde, and flirts with all the male managers. And I'm sure daddy gets her out of trouble often.
