Agree, KK is THE most destructive SVP, Qualcomm has ever had. He IS NOT a team player and is incompetent as well!

Almost all of management is useless and do not know how to be a leader. Everyone is out for themselves and if you are not part of the good ole boy club you will not get promoted or go anywhere in the company. Managers complain about all the problems, yet they do nothing to fix it in their own groups and just foster a bad environment. This place is pathetic.
The only technical principal er. Big Mac left PTE. Probably fed up of politics. Sad to see him go. Would be happy if BM or KK or OM left.

There is no choice because he did not groom his team to have a good bench. He is a paranoid sob. There is nobody to back up that team. That's his failure as a leader. And he is a failure as a technical lead too.

I have been at QCOM for a couple of years (from the bay area) and I hate the culture of this company and how incompetent people rise up the ranks in San Diego due to lack of local talent
I participated in a few meetings with MC. I have never seen anyone who knows so little and pretends to know so much. Bad manager too.
I am considered a subject expert with many years of experience. MC should have been gone a long time ago before he got to this level. MC and KK will sink QCT.
