What's the current base salary for Grade 5 and Grade 6 engineers in validation or development roles in Folsom? What are typical pay increases and profit sharing, bonuses, and stocks?

I'm thinking about working in Folsom and just curious about pay and benefits, to compare with other companies (large public, smaller private).

Don't waste your time at Intel.

You'll learn skills that will be useless outside of Intel. It's a massive waste of time.

He means tcomp is 100K, not the bonus.

No way in hell is there a bonus of anything close to $100k for a grade 5 or 6.

it don't tell me by grade.. it just lists like $89k or so and with bonuses like over $100k
