I note they sold the BRAND not the Memphis Refinery.
So they will layoff the entire workforce at Memphis. If I worked at Memphis I would find a new job as soon as possible since you will have no idea when they will eliminate your job.

The Memphis plant will close as production is moving to another Smucker's facility. So ALL jobs at Memphis will be eliminated.
Liquidate assets to pay the stockholders since there are Ludacris sales at this point. And you bet the jobs are going to be cut at the refinery. This CEO is in over his head. Rodkin wasn't the greatest but he tried to expand the company with all the embedded dead weight in the board room holding him down. Where do they find these people at the BAR?
