You get unemployment unless the company submits the denial or contests it with uneployment. You arent guareenteed unwmployment but usually u get it even when ur fired
It was my understanding that you can only get unemployment if it wasn't your fault you were let go, there's a world of difference in reasons, you may want to search your states criteria. But if you were fired due to not meeting job expectations, you may not get it
absolutely. in most states the law clearly says that employees who are terminated due to things like "poor performance" or "bad job fit" may collect unemployment.
Are you really getting fired because of not meeting call metrics? Have you been given an action plan?
I think you'd still get unemployment based on the fact that Humana is continually increasing production demands. You may have easily met metrics when you were first hired. Not your fault if you can't keep up with new demands.
