With the debt load on our balance sheets, Joint Venture = Bailout Cash for some of that Debt (Thank you Schlumberger)

Pump some of this $1.88 gas into your old clunker and see if that helps.
The best deal for WFT is same strategy as an old clunker car. Part it out and sell the pieces and take the rest to the junk yard.
