Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

People can't not meet metric of 5 member contact a day; why increase metric and set up people for failure.

Setting up employees for failure by increasing metric.

I have been here since 2009, only with 4 raises and all were 2% at the time. My pay NOW is still less then the NEW HIRING HCM's and I am questioning why they will not up the salaries of SEASONED, MENTORING, HCM's to at least the new hiring rate....give me a break. Other places are hiring RN in the area for over 8000 more then making now. That is nuts. Come on HUMANA stop being so cheap and pay your staff. You keep wanting more and more from us and yet where is the compensation. How about a cost of living raise? NEVER HEARD OF THAT....let me enlighten you. I got that YEARLY at other job and then had performance raise yearly too....get off the $$$ and stop paying the CEO BILLIONS and pay the ones that make the difference

I heard that, too....haven't seen it, but others not doing as well getting raises, which is good for them, but what gives!

2% raise? I haven't seen one of those in 3 years despite high metrics! I have been here 4 years and my salary has only gone up 2%. Crazy! Was told at hire they give out bonuses to top performers. Really?

HAH RN here. Expected to make at least nine contacts a day but if I don't make at least ten contacts twice a week I'm just considered average my coach says. "That is not a good place to be" I was told

Same person here who posted about the 2% raise.. it came out to 20 bucks extra a pay period 😂😂😂. I guess! They create an abusive environment and try to get you to stay high on the kool aid.

The only way to get it done is to not take lunch or breaks or wellness hour. Pressure is on, metrics increases by the week! I wish our coaches and higher ups had a case load so they knew how time consumming and so very difficult it is!

Management, PLEASE think of us, your voice, the ones who speak to your members. Treat us with dignity, care for us, stop piling more and more work. We have no super natural powers, we just want to do our job without rushing and feeling stressed out, we want to do a job well done and actually make a difference in the member's lives, they need us.

Is abuse of power some people don't take lunch or breaks and stay late everyday.

5? Are you an RN? I'm a PHC- hah expects me to get 10, my coach expects 11 with an average talk time of 3.5 hours. This goal forces us to exceed hah metric expectations. The horrible part is if we meet the HAH expectation but not my coaches , we get in trouble and "coached". I've called HR anonymously as well as some of my team mates, and our coach/ boss is allowed to write us up for not meeting her standard but meeting the HAH standard. The competitors be on top is gross. And we get nothing out of it. Whole team got s 2% raise to put our boss up in numbers. Actively seeking a job!

It's only going to get worse! Adding more responsibilities with 2.0 but not lowering metrics. They make it sound so nice in the town halls, but they are not sharing the full picture! Things are slowly leaking out though. Not sure how I will get all my work done without working 10-12 hours.

Depending on the plan for Humana 2.0, failure may be less expensive than severance for Humana 1.0.
