I'm a manager and working my a-- off with my people My manager is a liar and due to his manipulation and greedy we got jeopardise after disagree n commit the project he commit. My manager was leading it and when it fails the blame goes to us. He also cheated about my focal which end up next level manager has to say it all in sarcastic manner. My open door wasn't successful even the team backed but they were never call for witness.my manager peer and his manager tag team backstab me to get rid out of me. They didn't want to transform the organisation per what intel and our partners needs. Focus on their own goal. To my suprise my VP also aligned to get rid of me.soo much manipulation from my boss and his pet my peer diminish my RHP credibility. Very toxic environment where most of us get sick frequently which I was the worse. I lost trust and respect in leadership. I moved out and living happily ever after.

It's hard to tell if the post is legit. It's hard for me to imagine a people manager who's writing skill is so poor I can hardly understand what he/she is saying. If the post is legit, then I can see why OP couldn't stick around regardless of whether he/she has a good manager or not. It almost feel like Intel's competitors are hiring people from 3rd world country to troll this board kind of like Russians trying to influence the US election.
