Caseload size for LTIH FCM

I'd love to hear what the caseloads look like for FCM's now. I know before all the changes there was focus on getting at least 25 visits per week, and some FCMs were part of the layoffs for having small caseloads. Now they aren't focused on number of visits. Have you seen a change in your caseload size? Have your leaders shared what is considered a full caseload? I know many of us willl be moving members soon and can expect a lower caseload, but not sure what to expect as far as how many more will be assigned. For instance, if you move 10 members, then will you have to quickly replace 10 more to build up the caseload? It seems like a caseload of 22 no more seems fair with the new program reqirements. How do others feel about the changes?

I heard FCMs will be making the phone calls when members no longer need visits or reduce visits. Is this accurate or will they be managed by another telephonic worker?

Moving to telephonic or going down from weekly visits to two times per month.
