AIG has been "thinning the herd" with small layoffs, not any mass layoffs (although there was a good number laid off in May) so it's under the radar.
It's bizarre that the press and the analysts who cover AIG have not commented on the loss of all this intellectual property. After all, Benmosche brought AIG back because he retained the talent.
It's likely that the new CEO will bring in his own team so say bye bye to more.
