Laughing about sending people to the retirement homes? How heartless!
We are just waiting our days out in the marketing department. Since we went paperless we know our time is coming to an end. All our leads are in the iPad so they soon won't need us. We just wish we had heads up so we can make our plans for the future. Things are way too quiet in our department these days. And it is harder to find new leads.
That is true about the demo people. I was in charge of the payout packages and having to prep everything before it happened. It was awful knowing the secret and having to smile to everyones face when I knew the truth. That was my first taste at how awful they could be. Especially to over hear the suits laughing at it saying they could now go to the retirement homes. I was mortified.
If you all can recall Sunday is when they elimated the Demo staff
July 2nd is a Sunday and a holiday weekend...I strongly doubt anything will happen then! Plus most Club Mgrs are off in Sundays.
If they are going to eliminate us then I wish they would get it over with.
Well if they haven't learned already, exchanging experience for fresh low pay employees doesn't work. They don't have dedication nor work ethics. If you haven't already begun I suggest finding new jobs with a company that is out for success and not just money.

We heard from management changes to come soon. Anyone else hearing this.
