I just watched a video of our President Jim Gibson put on by my lead telling us how bad Waco is doing and how the employees can save money. He said we should eat in the cafeteria and turn off lights we don't need. He said that we should not travel for meetings, but have phone call meetings to save money. I work on the floor so don't really travel much. In the sprit of saving company money, Mr. Gibson is taking the whole JCG managers team on a company paid vacation to France for a meeting? Why isn't he pitching in to save company money and making a very cheap simple phone call. In my military career, they always told us to lead by example. What a hypocrite.

Sorry I can not join you on your opinion, Airshows are essential in the Commerical and Military Sales Arena, if you have worked here as long as I have on the floor you know this. One point Long Sword being there. Great place to make some sales in my opinion or introduce countries to other products to consider like Long Sword, and what a great place to meet your customer, hmmm and maybe save some money by not making a second trip, Yes turn off the lights, don't leave doors open, common sense for home the same for work
