Did anyone watch the CFO's integrity video? Spot on but in Aero people are concerned about retaliation if they become whistleblowers so don't be surprised if there are more problems in the very near future.

Someone I know who was a manager at Honeywell was asked to do some pretty bad things to people from up the management chain and kept his soul & integrity by simply finding another/better job and got the heck out.

Those employees that are trying to 'stick it' to Honeywell because of our current unstable situation (I've seen postings of intentional sabotage, working less, etc), are really only showing their true colors. I'm not happy with our situation, but I will never lower my own standards in regards to how I work. I will always produce my best and do what is right, as it's a reflection on me, not HON. THAT is integrity.
I was once told by a wise man that your "Integrity" can never, never be taken away by any other person, organization or a government. The only way you lose your "integrity" or trustworthiness you give it away by your own actions!
