There will be important cuts all around europe, principally in UK, Italy and Germany. Most small SC will be be closed before end of this year. Romania will be growing and will be the only SC in europe from here in 2/3 years everything else will disapear (only SC's). This will not affect sales.
Rumors say Germany will be End of the calendar year 2017, beginning 2018. Like Q3 FY18.
