All information, contacts and data communicated via company property are the property of the company. Your location and where about via device GPS tracking is monitored 24/7 and stored in the event any question arise regarding activities.

All phones, computers, vehicles and equipment provided by the company are monitored and company property.

Yup, ditto that. Laptop and cell phone gets locked up in my cubicle overhead bin when I leave work.

Of course. This is why my company laptop stays at work and my company cell phone stays in my work bag. I check it every 5 or 8 days to make sure it's still charged up.
