Q4 Bonuses for Laid Off Employees?

I'm out June 30th, but everything I read in the Separation FAQ and the Terms and Conditions suggest that employees in Sales and Sales Consulting are eligible ("eligible"?) for bonus payments for time through separation. Anyone have any actual knowledge of how Oracle handles this?

(If all you have are snarky comments about "dead weight" or other nasty schadenfreude, please refrain from posting; I'm just trying to get an answer to a legitimate question. I can't imagine what compels people to kick others when they're down.)

I was laid off from another tech giant at the end of their fiscal year a few years back. because i was employed through the full bonus qualification period, (layoffs were announced the first week of the new FY), they don't have any basis to deny your bonus. Mine was paid at the max. i think you will be fine.

I got mine and my last day was mid July. My HR gave me a schedule of what was expected, not sure if yours did.

I was RIF'd at the end of FY16. I got my Q4 bonus direct deposited at the usual time.

I can tell you that at a company I worked at before Oracle I was laid off in November. And in January I received a very much unexpected but needed bonus check for my performance the previous year. I have no clue how this is handled at Oracle.

Everything I have read and heard is that you will get your Q4 bonus.
