It is hard to appreciate a company that for the past three years has touted a "People First" culture and then treats those they employ like a homeless person trying to enter a five star restaurant.
The people at Allstate work extremely hard day in and day out for their customers trying to ensure the best customer satisfaction in the country.
To be laid off in the fashion they were was unacceptable from a top tier company, even higher level management are indicating this.
We are humbled everyday by the accidents that we handle and the work that we do. We also care for those who work around us and are impacted by this layoff.
Be respectful of their feelings during this time as well.
