I about fell over when I found out he is only 53 yrs old, looks like he's in his late 60s, guess thats what screwing people over for a living does to you! Rot in hell Niblock!!!!
He's doing to good of a job making himse and the big shots money . It isn't about what kind of person he is. As long as their making money nothing else matters.
Didn't take him long to mess up Masters in Australia.
But keep doing what Home Depot failed at, while they're at double the share price, thinking that you can do it better. Management structure, Altaquip, John Deere, shall I go on?
Yes. He ruined Sears and Kmart. Don't understand why they would have hired the guy when he has a history of failures. He is making dumb decisions. He is a follower and not a leader. He is doing things Home Depot did decades ago and it is an entirely different technological and retail world now. All they do is get rid of the people who made the company in the first place...the people in the stores busting a--.
He is an accountant by trade and looks at people as numbers instead of human beings. It goes to his business sense as well. While you may see some short term profitability but cutting payroll, long term it is not a sustainable strategy for growth of profits nor revenue. In other words, after they've cut everything they can. What do they do then but go the way of sears etc
He must go. Vote him out. He is a detriment to the company.
