Things are not getting done, if they are, the quality of the work is just poor. There does not seem to be enough people to work programs and focus on growth as the same time. Things are about to implote, people are leaving, and tasks are being kicked around until they are due.
You can't grow a business if you are not willing to invest in it. I think the end of aero is now within months, not years (Opinion).

Completely agree. People who leave are not being replaced. Senior leadershit pay and bonuses have not changed despite daily talks about revenue shortages. They have now gone beyond the minimum amount of people needed to accomplish the day to day tasks and projects. The people who are left are overworked and frankly don't really care what gets done and what doesn't. No matter what you do it is never enough. Kill yourself trying to "make the quarter" and once that's done you'll do it again next quarter and the quarter after. Likely with less headcount each time. There is no stability within the company and it feels like it's every man for himself. When you see decisions being made which are basically kicking the can down the road for the next quarter, you know we are in serious trouble. It's so bad now they are deliberately making poor decisions that they KNOW will cost the company 2x more to fix later JUST to make the quarter today. I'm not crying wolf here folks, we are in for a bumpy ride for the rest of 2017 and 2018.
Nobody gives a sh-- anymore. The only result for working hard is upper management gets a big fat bonus. Nothing for you. Its all about working to make other people rich. Why should people care when they are being treated like sh--?
