And Amazon Go has been a failure. The defining feature of Amazon's Fresh Food and retail store initiatives has been their underwhelming performance or outright failure. This will be no different. If he wanted a successful operation to buy that would get him into the low-margin grocery business, Bezos should have looked at Wegman's, Publix, or even Meijer. The thing is, and this is telling: They aren't selling! He just can't grasp that he doesn't understand the fresh food/prepared food business, which is why we're a perfect match. Our clueless regional and global clowns at the top don't understand it either.

Yep. Like the Automat's revival by Eatsa. Hart and Hardart started the Automat with machines and a handful of humans. Google that and see.
