A good performance bonus

I was with Lowe's as an assistant manager for 9 years. They walked me in on January 17th at end of my shift read a paper to me which took 10 minutes then walked me out the door. I got one minute for each year I was there.

That month they let 6000 employees go. Media said they let 2500 go. That's a lie. Niblock got a 10 million bonus last year and a 8 million 4 years previous.

Tenured salary employees 10 yrs +....should be singing "🎶Let Us Go🎶" with a servance package....OR contact those to ask if they would be willing....

-here is a thought; since stores have more "non-selling" positions and wig the most help during daytime.....change store hours to banker hours! Ghost salesfloor associates after 5pm. Less hours for utilities & payroll, better work/life balance for all, it also would affect the call centers, help desk too. You know, people's health maybe better. Routine for sleep, eat, family time...oh gosh, I'm dreaming!

Someone also mentioned, stupid price changes, maybe set a price and LEAVE IT. Credit signage, promos for holidays, otherwise it's 5% everyday. We have so many "different" promos, we can't keep up. Remove all the extra reg/money that we don't use due to coverage. Why run "ads" if we have "every day low price", Black Friday/Holiday is the same product year after year (evolve there!) Stop "employee appreciation meals" that comes from the stores bottom line (impacts SSEI)..if you did appreciate US, GIVE US HOURS- payroll is people to help customers, a paycheck for employees to provide for themselves & family. THINK ABOUT INSIDE THE BOX! #employeeburnedout

I worked for Lowe's for three years and it never felt like a career. The marker team was not trustworthy and was always a fake smile. Lowe's is struggling when HD is thriving. The associates know when companies and leaders are genuine.

I was their the longest and had the most experience and was chosen to be let go.

HR let the store managers decide without reason or ryme who to keep. Thank you for letting me go before the ship is completely under the Atlantic.

Families suffering due to greed of chasing depot stock price.

Morale is at an all time low...we have bee hit with so many changes in a short amount of time...Grateful I have a job, but I don't think this restructing plan is working out the way they intended.

Another layoff and role reduction before 3rd quarter ends. Lowes is dropping further behind 2017 earnings projections.

I left voluntarily because of the terrible moral. The ASM's that were left on the roster are bitter and miserable. It trickling down to every level. I abandoned a sinking ship.
