Lowe's has no loyalty to its employees, pure and simple.
They have been doing this restructure thing for years.
Getting rid of knowledgeable employees, hiring some that can't tell a nail from a screw, paying them considerably less and if the truth be known without benefits.
All this in trying to catch up with Home Depot and they aren't even close.
