Stores are empty. Empty from customers and empty from merchandise. Company will cut more and more to meets its 1.25 billion reduction. Unfortunetly these cuts were based on sales plans. Company needs to cut adtl 200 million

The reason Sears is bleeding money is because they never invested in their actual stores. My store is part of a mall its actually one of the newer buildings believe it was built in 03-04 if you go see it right now it looks very dated needs tune up, but nothing. Also for the registered dated technology. Associates equipment same. Their needs to be some management firing since some of them are just a waste of $$$.
Yes sad it is for the ones making money and driving traffic in. Sad there are stores sinking due to non caring management..And these stores bring down the thriving stores..Sad
Easiest way to meet the sales plans and finally stop losing money is to shut it down.
