When asked about making customers first, he says: "No, I put my employee's first, because when we take care of them, they take care of the customer with no problem". Look in your Allstate email for GENPACT company email addresses, then google GENPACT, then look on the Allstate intranet for positions in India, then read the writing on the wall. This company exists to outsource work to India. Like other companies, if you speak to customers you may be ok . . . for now.
Double check your sources on Virgin Airlines. They outsource most of their employees except for ones that have 'direct customer contact'. Now double check Allstate's recent sign up with SAP Fieldglass and vendor management... Companies are trying to shrink their employee base by outsourcing the work to others. The big picture is ... well just start reading more and more about it all.
