The company needs to invest in their people, but many SA don't stay long enough. for the little pay they receive they must do so many things. crazy!!! i can't even imagine working on the floor. it is too hard. i would quit also.
Going forward the hrm's-and who knows how long they will be around- are suppose to work with the SM's on the people piece and not the admin. AST should be handling all the admin. but will there be enough in AST for that going forward??
to be honest, i have read many of the posts and i see what i see in the stores, sadly, i finally see a slow sinking ship. i am not sure the company can stop the slow leak.
