I just looked at the California WARN report and it looks like Intel did file that they would be terminating 93 on 8/15/17 in Santa Clara as "permanent layoff." But 93 doesn't seem like ACT-like #.

Also look out for Sept., Oct., Dec., Jan. and Feb. Why not throw out all other months while you're at it? If you don't have concrete info, don't post anything. Spend your time looking for a job instead instead of wishing for everyone to end up unemployed like you.
If it doesn't happen it will be really big ACT in 2018 as the train has run of the rails here
OP is just guessing, one month every quarter starting with July. Ending before yearly call. Possibly but I think it is a wild guess.
