I remember crawfish boils, entertainment clubs, company picnics, company Christmas parties, expensing lunches, unlimited travel potential, secretaries in foreign lands (hehe), bonus every quarter. It was good. I am glad I got to see it. Maybe I was part of the problem. Sooorry, eh?

That's good but just being able to recognize a hole in the ground will not help us with our Chicken $hit supervisor and these little tools.
Simmer down, we have a good Director that knows his a-- from a hole in the ground.

I remeber the good days, they wont be the same but they are coming back. Chicken $hit managers should be phased out to focus on the business at hand. Time to put our big boy britches on and operate like a business and not like buddies with the customer. We are the the best in our product line so lets proce it right and not under price to "keep up" with competition that doesnt comapare. Lexus doesnt price to compete with kia so why are we?????

That's when it was worth it to work at Weatherford.. Now it's a broke company with only family members and a$$ kissers left.. these people are on borrowed time. The money isn't here anymore neither is the experience or loyalty. The good ole days made working here bearable. I have news for the investors (they must be stupid). Weatherford isn't making any profits to speak of, management is lying about anything and everything to make things seem hopeful only to keep there jobs another day. This company is a complete $hit$how from the get go. Sell your stock and get as far away from this place as possible. Can you say "asset liquidation". By December 2017 Weatherford will be a huge estate sale.

Sounds like you were the problem and others like you. We are now suffering here in Houston. Operations always thought it was us in manufacturing but come to find out it was you all along. Now we are suffering here at WHR because of You!
