23 years and I was terminated for bogus reasons, no severance, anyone want to talk class action?

Since you are competent (as stated in your previous post) you should apply for a job at one of the big 5. They are hiring competent people. Just make sure you score hire than those diversed people on the challenge. Of course after 20+ years of working for the bank I'm sure that won't be a problem for you. Send us the test id# once finished so that we can all admire your greatness.

Actually years worked DOES imply some kind of experience level that would have been gained over the years and some kind of LOYALTY for staying with the bank. But sadly, competence and human values are no longer important these days where diversity and inclusion are the supposed business drivers in this WEAK economy which is why it is so weak.

Job with government is the way to go. You will put your energy into finding a job pleasing @5icm. You will also please @4cqh as Obama is no longer president and the much more capable Trump administration will help with the cause. Finally, you can prove to @1zue that the number of attorneys and paralegals is irrelevant when dealing with the government. After all they have only fined the company billions since 2008 with all their magnificent lawyers.

Sounds like someone attempting to scare away a class action lawsuit. Unless, BoFA owns the media and the judge assigned to the case, then, this kind of publicity will not go well for them. When the people find out homegrown jobs are being carefully eliminated in favor of H1 visas the public will be OUTRAGED. Investors will pull their funds out and place them with a more reputable bank or credit union that can be trusted.

Exactly, that's the FAKE skills gap! That's how they replace competent people with incompetent cheap labor imported from elsewhere.

Everything is "fake" these days. Fake "reasons for poor performance", fake skills, a fake skills gap - there are plenty of people to fill any position with maybe the slightest bit of extra training needed to close a minor inconsequential skills area. And then there's a whole fake country - India, a land of poverty and fake skills galore that are being exported all over the world.

Bogus reasons are the main operating criteria of the newer management styles that is usually being adopted by the recent affirmative action management candidates. "Bogus" is the right word and downright laughable would be the next few words to describe these situations. I saw a few of these on a recent performance review and had to bite myself - is this real?, am I working at the same bank as this manager?, maybe this is some kind of alternate universe?
