Got my paperwork a few weeks ago, and after a few days of thinking about things, I can't say I disliked my time at Oracle, but neither did I like it. They destroyed the technology I have worked on for the last 8 years, and left a great team of developers jobless... in Tucson,AZ. I knew I should have gotten out last year, but thought we could make something good, despite the need to send more tasks to offshore programmers that couldn't need spell storage.
The good news, is a successful interview, so I am benched for only a week or two, which effectively gets me double pay through the period of the package. So a large "bonus" thanks to Oracle!
