The Indian economy is pretty poor and backward. It can't support its own people and so most of them leave and attempt to come to the US with their supposedly advance degrees which are probably as fake as everything else in the country with the exception of Yoga.
If the country was so good, everyone would want to stay there and participate in some kind of prosperity with their supposedly fancy degrees and huge potential market, that clearly is not the case! Instead poverty and corruption rule the day ...
