Our discount racks are full of crappy plants that are not cared for, at all. It's been getting worse the last 6 weeks or so. I bet we have 12 racks full of stuff even a goat wouldn't eat. If Lowe's keeps this up they should start selling the fungi that's growing on all their nursery stock.
