One bad fish Sr dir from CE fired.. good work HR/ER.. finally, you appear serious about making things better
Check on QCT Ops, these guys keep hiring and no resources are needed. Someone needs to get down there and check the workload as the stupid director is covering all up.
One of the CE's sr. Director is on leave on favoritism & employees threatening charges...Leadership must explain-how such people get an expotenantial growth...not a very good sign for such a great company like Qualcomm...demotivating:(
Finally, HR/ER waking up to fix favorism/threatening environment (or at least pretending to be). Lets see if something comes out of it.
