I worked in a department that was previously acquired and demographically, our staff reflected the demographics of the local community. When I was transferred to a department based out of HQ, I was very surprised at how homogeneous the teams were, even all the way up the management chain. Quite unusual in my experience.
Most tech companies in Silicon valley are become Indian companies. The Indians work together to promote each other. Microsoft, Google, Oracle, netapp and many more. That's just their working culture.
SC pandering to India like she was previously pandering to Romania, and now oracle is leaving Romania because its too expensive. The romance with India will be short lived.
Let's be real. Oracle likes India because it's cheap. When it's expensive they will find another cheap place. Maybe Africa somewhere.
