The gold mine's profits are down..... let's get rid of the miners to save money.
Same in the U.S. Ginni has no answers. It's all she knows how to do. The contractors are critical personnel in most cases. Middle management will never be able to meet their targets now. Watch revenue and profit decline more and more.
