So when will we see the needle move? When did Cisco lose its acquisition MOJO? A lot was blamed on RL but he's been gone three years.

Desperate buy once again late in the game.
This is an excellent purchase from a strategy perspective. Can build chatbots in Spark, invoke these speech bots from IP phones or Video Units. This is Cisco's Siri/Cortana/Google Home/Alexa, especially for the workplace. Sadly Cisco was doing this in R&D 10 in CCBU and UCBU years ago but never had the guts to productize and lead the industry, and now will play me too. And I guarantee no BU will ever productize something innovative out of it, and I bet the old Cisco IP Assistant from 2003-2004 will be more advanced than this. This is why Cisco will die a slow death. We could have been doing 15 years of this, yet Alexa and Siri will lead the industry, consumer and workplace.
