They are starting to write people for not meeting metric. If the majority of the people can't make metric is a system issue not a time management issue. They must planning to fire everyone.

Can we also talk about how coaches break the work at home rule? Aka their children are home with them and present the entire day while " mom works" and can constantly be heard in the background but if we did that... we'd be written up ... just like these metrics or else mentalities
Enrollment is at a standstill for HCCP at risk and stay healthy programs managed by PHCs. That is a fact. SNP is actively enrolling for RNs however.
Now the focus seems to be how many "red" or overdue members we have rather than matrix. I took a couple days off two weeks ago and coach did not get coverage team for me. Now I have almost 50 overdue calls and got scolding email from coach. I am working at least 9-10 hours/day trying to catch up. 240 in roster is just too much. We thought we saw a light at the end of the tunnel when they lifted the matrix #'s. We are back in the dark tunnel again.
I am a HCM RN with HCCP. We were getting coached and written up for not meeting metrics and after a mass exodus of nurses we were told they were no longer going to use peer average and we went from having to make 10 contacts back to 9. The director had a meeting and urged us to worry about quality and not quantity. As of last week he's no longer with Humana. No one knows why he left, but I think it had something to do with the large amount of nurses leaving under the scrutiny of the numbers. I would love to do my job in a timely manner and not have so many surveys to complete. The members do not like them!
Wow it's like they are torching us it's rediculous

Can I ask which department you are in? I keep waiting for the next "unplanned" round and wondering if my and my colleagues are next. Is it true enrollment is at a standstill or is that just for Stay Healthy program?
