Not everything has probably been bad, but IBM's management does not understand the purpose of AGILE, that's why not one single Dollar of additional revenue will be the outcome.
It is just another Boardroom Buzzword.

She's the 6th highest paid CEO in the world. With options she's looking at about $50 million this year. She's executing her "plan" but at the expense of losing priceless intellectual resources. A failure for everyone... but her.
My opinion is market may react positively, but only temporarily. The business model is the culprit and Ginni is executing it.
Until a concise refined direction is declared, casting off divisions that don't add to profits, and trimming, no whacking, the excessive management layers, IBM is stuck in a rut. IBM can survive as a much smaller entity.
There is definitely something going on. Some IBM Execs are being recalled from various location around the world. Not sure what but it could very well be a shake up on top.
ibm is up today for no reason, so some rumour must be causing this.
She has 5 more years to go. That would make 40 quarters of declining revenue, she's good at that.
