Molina is not a company that cares about it's employees. It's all about making sure your relatives and best friends are ok. The main headhunter Fleta sits on her throne telling her supervisor to fire employees or make sure they are written up. By 2018 most sites will be closed and only those that s--- up will be left. We can't take bathroom breaks. There is no protection for employees since Molina fired most of HR dept. We have no protection from unfair write ups

I am a employee of Molina Healthcare Call center in Texas

We have been informed of the layoffs in process and changes to reduce cost.

Been working for a 1 yr and have never gotten a verbal warning.

After the start of getting notice of layoff.

I was given a written supervisor advice she was going to skip the verbal and go directly to the written up

When it was supposed to be a verbal. This is to more then 50 employees and counting.

Every day we are just been warned about reports we are coming up for call avoidance when we get on a break to go to the restroom

Separately from our regular breaks, Another is Adherence MTD for not going in our schedule breaks or lunch,

when if you are on a call that will be hard to do.

Another is for calling the Lead line to get a supervisor if member request a supervisor we get in a report for calling supervisors,

and we also get if the member request one and we don't transfer to supervisor.

We have been informed by some supervisor to keep resumes updated.

We have also been informed by Supervisor and Manager that everything is okay don't worry.

It has become a hostile and stress full environment, every day there are reports and warnings.

We are okay if they given laidoff, but we were also informed there was orders from Fleta Kitazaki MHI Dir, Member Services, MHI Member & Provider to fire people,

To reduce the cost of paying insensitive for lay offs, After this notice we have been getting write ups.

And adv we can look for other jobs, but if we get late or leave early to go and have a interview at other job, that we can a written or final

I am hearing that this was confirmed by the Interim CEO in one of the calls yesterday. Not fake, but this could have been already planned before this CEO change. Anyway, the previous CEO's direction was to try to place folks in different teams or locations who might be losing their jobs, but the new CEO's direction seems to be to just let them all go.

What are additional details here - we need to make this more credible, please share more info.

I am sick and tired of all folks who keep claiming that Molina never has layoffs, it's all over FB and here on this site as well. This may have been the case many years ago, but the fact is that now that they more focusing on the bottom line, less focus is spent on the patient and the workers.

The fact is it's all about money.
